For International Students*:

  • Student´s photo(JPG);
  • Passport´s main page;
  • Current Transcript of Records from Home University;
  • Enrollment Form Filled;

  • Certificate of Active Enrollment.

    *For students of University of Surrey, these documents are already collected during the enrollment.

 

For Brazilian Students:

  • Student´s photo(JPG);
  • Passport´s main page;
  • Current Transcript of Records from Home University;
  • Enrollment Form Filled;

  • Certificate of Active Enrollment;

  • RG;
  • Birth Certificate;
  • Mariage Certificate, if Available.
